EXCHANGE OR REFUND
We only accept exchange or refunds when items* are:
All orders on aisiqa.com will be thoroughly checked before being sent out for delivery. However, in an unfortunate event where item received is incorrect or faulty, please email us at email@example.com with information and evidence. You will hear from our team within 48 hours on the next step of our return/exchange process.
We will reimburse you with store credit equivalent to the exact cost of the purchased item. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of the order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. All items need to be returned to us in their original condition; unworn, unwashed and complete with original packaging and garment tags attached.
We will not offer an exchange or refund for any other reason except those stated above. please ensure you’ve checked sizing charts and note on any specific description on our clothing before purchasing as they are not considered as a defect and we are not held liable if the items are not of the right size for you.
